You can add more alternative payment methods to your ad account at any time. If your primary payment method fails, your backup payment methods may be charged. When you use a backup payment method, Facebook will charge that card or PayPal account (as long as your account is in good standing) when the settings you set up ahead of time, such as your billing threshold, are met.
